Through the partnership of KDK London and Parcel Force we are able to deliver world wide while offering assurance of quality of service and excellence in consumer delivery. For this reason, we can almost guarantee a 2 working day parcel delivery across UK zones 1 and 3. With zone 2 normally 3 or 4 working days. However, KDK London nor Parcel Force are able to guarantee delivery speed for deliveries that are non-UK. Here we average 3 to 6 days depending on zone of delivery. Customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions, where applicable to orders placed for international delivery, may mean some of our items may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. KDK London reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
The price structure used by KDK London is through a zone system that duplicates the process of our delivery partners. This amount is presented according to where your delivery address has been registered with us during the set up of an account. Our delivery charges are competitively priced and based on Parcel Force guidelines. KDK London reserves the right to alter its pricing in accordance of advice taken, without notice.
